Policies

Shipping of Fertilized Hatching eggs will be through UPS unless you make other arrangements. The Eggs will label as Fragile and will be shipped 2nd Day Air. Please open your box inside of a bag because I will use shaving to secure the egg box within a second box. I will do my best to secure the eggs inside the boxes to prevent damage. However, I can't be held liable for the shipper's handling of the package. Also, please consider the weather when you order shipped eggs.  Eggs that are in severe heat or freezing temperatures may not do well once incubated.

Live Birds can only be picked up in McDonough GA by buyer or a transporter. Please contact me to schedule a time for pick up. If the bird (s) is being transported to you, I am not responsible for what happens during transport. Please contact your transporter for any issues. 

All sales are final. Products cannot be returned nor refunded.  I cannot guarantee hatch rates for your machine/broody hen, nor can I control how the package was handled during the shipping process. As for live birds, I can't guarantee that they will arrive alive. I have no control over how they are handled during the transporting process. I will ensure live birds have appropriate food to accommodate the specified travel time and the eggs are packed as well as possible. But once I hand them over to the shipper/transporter, I can't guarantee what may happen after that.
